Romain Gauthier has recently released its new Calibre 2206 Hms watch. Assembled and embellished by hand, this watch was developed from A to Z in the company’s workshop in the Joux Valley, as a best expression of the spirit of respect for the best traditions of Swiss horology with its impeccable finishing.

The Romain Gauthier Calibre 2206 Hms watch features several case versions: 18K pink gold, 18K white gold or 750 platinum, all measuring 41mm in diameter. Sheiled by anti-reflection sapphire crystals at the front and back sides of the case, the watch is immediately distinguishable by the crown, located horizontally under the movement. The crown at such position allows to wind the timepiece without taking it off the wrist. From the face, the staring dial exudes strong technical feel. The water resistance is to 30 meters.

Sporting the watch is a manually-wound 2206 Hms calibre, produced completely in-house. Equipped with a balance wheel with four inertia screws and regulating indicators, the movement beats at 28,800 vph. It also offers a 60-hour power reserve, and incorporates functions including hours, minutes and seconds.

Fastening the watch to user’s wrist is hand-sewn alligator leather strap, fitted with a buckle, matching the case. This horological creation provides the best choice for watch enthusiasts and collectors, who are passionate about exclusive timekeepers.
