A IWC “a company out to observe
With industry shows sparkling Switzerland there were some brands that are performing extremely well, among them the IWC show a great increase in sales in recent years as the group Richemont.
The IWC has always been a player in the high-end and mid-range with their series more accessible Aquatimer watches, which use the modified ETA movements as well as their complications and large eddies. IWCa? the current line consists of s: Portofino, Aquatimer, Ingenieur, Portuguese, Da Vinci and their major complications. They also differ from much of the competition because they produce only watches mens. There’s very few companies shows that introduce this claim, if it is really significant.

My passion for the IWC began the first time by the new Aquatimer, and then the engineer has really caught my attention. I was also a surgeon for the beautiful look of courteous IWC Portuguese chronograph, and really like to have one of 8 models of days with the display showing the beautiful rear rotor system Pellaton.
IWC Ingenieur
When I discovered that the IWC would have a new engineer in 2005 with a new movement of manufacturing from 8000 series, I was quite happy. This meant that the IWC would have a sensibly priced to move manufacturing. Unfortunately, the Ingenieur Chronograph has not received the same treatment and does not always ETA / Valjoux 7750 modified. Maybe they will make a version of the Ingenieur chronograph movement with an internal soon. The good news is that this makes the current time almost the same price as the standard model.
The IWC has also increased the number of engineer as I mentioned in my other blog post on the engineer. If all goes well they will follow suit with the rest of their watches and start with the size 44-45mm. Ia? d love to see a Portuguese 44mm accessible.
The new Da Vinci chronograph with Italian? the case brought by s single barrel is certainly a beautiful piece for WIS well-staffed.
Any IWC you choose, they all have much to offer and the company forward rapidly and certainly takes a lot of momentum in the process. My favorites are the IWC Ingenieur, and Portuguese that I have just added to the collection. Look for a review soon.
